Phyllis Pollock, RN-BC, CORLN
Phyllis has worked with Dr. Krueger since 1995. Formerly at the Facial Rejuvenation Center and Navina Skin Center, Phyllis has been in the cosmetic field since 1995. She is a certified nurse injector and skin care specialist. She has been a trainer for Obagi Medical Products and a speaker at cosmetic and skin care seminars. Phyllis is double board certified: Medical-Surgical Nurse and Otolaryngology, Head-Neck Nurse. Phyllis worked with Dr. Krueger to develop the KRx skincare system in 2015.
Her approach to patients is ground up. She always starts by the patients goals and provides a thorough education on what options are best for individual patients. Her skin care consultations and advice are legendary, making her highly sought after for medically managed skin care.
Shana McKenzie, RN, Aesthetic Provider
Shana McKenzie is a compassionate nurse with a relentless eye for detail. She brings over 20 years of nursing experience and a passion for aesthetics to her practice. Her mission is to provide a safe, ethical, customized injectable experience to each client with a focus on enhancing your natural beauty.
Outside of work, Shana is the mom to three very active boys and has a supportive husband Chris, and their labradoodle Beau. She enjoys cooking, yoga, and gathering with friends and family.
Cari, Master Aesthetician
Cari is a Master Aesthetician with 30 years experience in aesthetic medicine. She is a valuable resource on medically managed skin care with the KRx system. Clear and Brilliant is one of her favorite lasers for a quick pickup for the skin and reduction of sun damage. There are multiple peels that she can offer depending on skin conditions.
