What is an earlobe fistula?

Earlobe fistulas are a common problem in patients with pierced ears.  Over time the piercing site can stretch and enlarge.  This can make it hard to wear your favorite earrings.  If left unattended it can result in a tear or split of the earlobe. appearance of the ear with repair or reduction. But first, let’s talk about earlobe fistulas and what can be done to treat them.
