In general, injectable dermal fillers add volume to correct signs of aging and restore youthful facial contours and smooth skin without surgery. However, fillers vary considerably in terms of their ingredients and how they are processed. These differences improve filler products for specific cosmetic concerns or treatment sites. Dr. Claire Murphy and our team at Krueger Aesthetics have carefully selected the following three fillers for our neighbors in and around Mukilteo, Everett, Snohomish County, and Whidbey Island, Washington.
The Revanesse® family of fillers is a “twist” on standard hyaluronic acid-based filler products. They are formulated with smaller HA particles than their counterparts (like Juvéderm). These tiny, sphere-shaped particles may be associated with less swelling and discomfort than other HA fillers, and their high viscosity or thickness makes them a versatile and durable option. Revanesse® Versa™ is indicated for treating moderate to severe creases, such as the nasolabial folds (smile lines) around the nose and lips. Results are also noticeable immediately and can last for up to a year.
A member of the Revanesse® Versa family, this product is specifically designed for the unique contours and characteristics of the lips and the area around the mouth. We can inject this refined filler into the lips to add volume and definition. This particular product is also indicated for use on the lip lines, those vertical creases that form above the lip. It, too, is not associated with adverse side effects. Due to the movement of the lips, results generally last for around six months.
Last but certainly not least, Krueger Aesthetics is excited to offer the first new technology in injectable HA in 10 years! This next-generation filler is uniquely engineered with Cold-X™ technology. By using near-freezing temperatures, Cold-X™ preserves the natural structure of the HA molecule. So, the HA in Evolysse™ is the next closest thing to the HA produced by our bodies naturally. What does this mean for you? In part, the gel is designed to “perform.” It feels natural in the facial tissues and has distinctive viscoelastic (fluid and elastic) properties. These characteristics make Evolysse™ an ideal option for highly dynamic areas of the face, such as the smile lines (nasolabial folds) around your mouth and nose. In turn, Evolysse™ looks good, regardless of whether your face is moving or at rest. Launched in 2025, this collection includes Evolysse™ Form (to lift and support) and Evolysse™ Smooth (to soften).
Regardless of the filler that is right for you, know that your results will look natural. We are exacting in how fillers are injected. We never inject too much and apply to just the right areas of the face to support your best results, comfort, and safety. Treatment starts by calling us at (425) 876-9999. During a consultation at our office in Mukilteo, WA, we will evaluate your skin and discuss your preferences and goals to recommend the fillers that are well-suited to your needs. From there, you can make the most well-informed decision about your treatment.
